QRefine Privacy Policy

Ttech LLC (“the Company”, “we”) provides the mobile application “QRefine” (“the app”). This Privacy Policy describes how information about you is handled when you use the app.
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
1.1 QR Code Data
QR code data you scan, create, or save in the app is stored only on your device. It is never sent to the Company’s servers. When you use the backup feature, the backup file is written only to the destination you choose; the Company does not receive it.
1.2 Usage and Diagnostic Information
To improve the quality of the app and understand problems, the following information is collected through third-party services:
- App usage information (screen views, feature usage events, app version, OS version, device model, language settings, etc.)
- Crash logs and diagnostic information when a failure occurs
This information never includes the content of your QR codes.
1.3 Feedback and Bug Reports
When you use the in-app feedback or bug report feature, the following is sent to the Company:
- The text you entered
- Your email address (only if you entered it in a bug report)
- Platform name (Android / iOS) and the time of submission
- An anonymous user ID issued through anonymous authentication
This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to improve the app.
1.4 Purchase Information
To process purchases of the app’s paid features (QRefine Pro) and manage your purchase status, purchase history (purchased product, purchase date, etc.), an anonymous app user ID, and device information (OS version, device model, language/region settings, etc.) are collected through RevenueCat (see below).
Payments are processed by Google Play / the App Store. The Company never receives your credit card number or other payment details. Your name and Google account / Apple Account information are not shared with the Company or RevenueCat.
1.5 Advertising Information
The app displays ads. Through AdMob (see below), advertising identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA), device information, and ad interaction events (impressions, taps, etc.) may be collected by the advertising provider.
2. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services. Please refer to each service’s privacy policy for details on how it handles information:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob (ad serving)
- Google Analytics for Firebase (usage analytics)
- Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
- Firebase Remote Config (app configuration delivery)
- Firebase Authentication (anonymous) / Cloud Firestore (sending and storing feedback)
- RevenueCat (purchase and subscription management)
3. Sharing with Third Parties
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Information sent to the third-party services above is limited to what is necessary to provide each service.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Usage and crash information is retained for the periods defined by each third-party service
- Feedback and bug reports are retained as long as necessary for support and improvement, and deleted when no longer needed

5. Security
The Company strives to protect collected information from leakage, loss, or damage. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy takes effect when posted on this page. For material changes, we will provide notice in the app or on the store pages.
